If you have this insert,first press your design, then remove the backing from the adhesive and carefully place on the case. *if the case also has adhesive, remove backing from the case as well

Suggested Heat Press Setting:

• 385°F
• 30-45 seconds
• remove protective film before pressing
• adjust settings as needed based on your equipment
